1. Bulk Orders: 50% deposit to confirm and book production, with the remaining 50% due before shipment. For repeat clients and long-term partners, custom payment terms can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Basic terms
All prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed upon order confirmation and may vary based on final quantities, colors, and specifications. Sample development is required before bulk production on all new styles. Sample costs and lead times are confirmed at the time of request. Standard lead times are communicated at order confirmation and depend on order size, fabric availability, and season. Delays will be communicated proactively. Orders are confirmed only after deposit payment is received, in line with our Payment Policy.
Rights & restrictions
All designs, patterns, and specifications provided by a client remain the property of that client. Bestwear Apparel will not reproduce, resell, or share client designs with other parties without written permission. All text, images, and materials on this website are the property of Bestwear Apparel and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent. Samples produced remain the property of Bestwear Apparel unless purchased separately by the client, and may be used for internal reference or shown to prospective clients unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Any pricing, capability information, or production details shared with a client are intended for that client’s use only and may not be shared with competing sourcing offices or factories.”
